To make sure your custom photo product looks amazing, please follow these photo guidelines:
Use the Original Photo File
Upload the photo directly from your phone or camera gallery - NOT from social media or screenshots
Social media photos (like Facebook or Instagram downloads) are usually compressed and lower quality.
High Resolution is Key
Minimum size: 1500 x 1500 pixels (larger is even better).
If your photo is blurry or pixelated when you zoom in, it will print that way.
Good Lighting Matters
Natural daylight (no harsh shadows or flash) works best.
Avoid dim or overly dark photos—details get lost when printed.
Keep Faces Clear
Make sure the subject is centered and in focus.
Avoid photos where important parts are cropped out or too close to the edges.
No Filters or Heavy Editing
Filters can change colors and details, which may not print as expected.
